Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to Tickets Confirmed Gift Certificates (“Certificate”). By purchasing or using a Certificate, you agree to the following:

1) Redemption & scope

  • Redeemable only through Tickets Confirmed, Inc. toward eligible travel services we book (e.g., air‑inclusive packages, hotels, cruises, transfers, tours).
  • Not valid for standalone airfare or insurance unless explicitly stated on the Certificate.
  • Must be applied at time of booking; cannot be added to an existing reservation after payment is made.

2) Denominations & limits

  • Available in fixed amounts (e.g., $50 increments).
  • Maximum value per Certificate: $2,000.
  • Multiple Certificates may not be combined on the same booking unless we confirm in writing.

3) Minimums & combinability

  • One Certificate per booking unless otherwise approved.
  • Minimum package subtotal may apply (e.g., $1,800 before taxes/fees) and/or minimum stay (e.g., 5 nights, double occupancy)—check the offer printed on your Certificate.
  • Not combinable with other promo codes, discounts, or agency/supplier certificates unless stated in writing.

4) Payments, changes & cancellations

  • Once applied to a booking, the Certificate amount becomes part of that reservation’s payment and is subject to the supplier’s change/cancellation policies.
  • If a booking is canceled, any refundable portion is returned as a future travel credit with Tickets Confirmed (and/or the supplier) per the applicable rules; cash refunds are not guaranteed.

5) Transferability

  • Certificates may be gifted. Resale is prohibited. We may require written authorization from the original purchaser to transfer.

6) Expiration & refunds

  • Certificates do not expire (except where prohibited or limited by law).
  • Full refund to the original form of payment within 7 calendar days of purchase if no booking has been made using the Certificate.

7) Lost or stolen

  • Please treat Certificates like cash. Lost, stolen, or destroyed Certificates may not be replaced or refunded. If you have the code/number, contact us and we will attempt to assist.

8) General

  • Certificates have no cash value and are not gift cards issued by a bank.
  • Tickets Confirmed, Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; the version in effect at the time of redemption will govern.
